These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access for violation of these terms or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
SHINKILABS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Nigeria, as applicable.
